Processing Your Order
After your payment clears, we typically prepare your order for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday — orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are queued for the next available business day.
If something unexpected slows things down on our end, we'll contact you at the email or phone number you provided.
Getting It to You
Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier assigned to your shipment. Areas outside major metropolitan zones may see slightly longer transit windows.
Estimated dates are projections, not promises — occasional delays due to carrier backlogs, weather events, or holiday surges can occur outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping fees are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. No hidden charges are added after purchase.
Order Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking details once your package is on its way. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to go live on the carrier's website after dispatch. If you haven't received a tracking notification within 3 business days of ordering, reach out and we'll look into it.
Address Responsibility
Double-check your shipping address before placing an order. M4D LLC is not responsible for delivery failures or returned packages resulting from addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. If you spot an error right after ordering, contact us right away — corrections aren't always possible once fulfillment begins, but we'll try.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
Received something damaged?
Hold on to all packaging materials and take photos as soon as you notice the damage. Get in touch within 48 hours of delivery — we'll sort it out.
Package showing as delivered but not there?
Check around your property and with neighbors first. If it's still nowhere to be found, contact us within 5 business days of the reported delivery date and we'll open a carrier investigation.
