The M4D slip-ring marker band combines a precision-drawn Pt (99.95% pure) ring with a controlled inner-diameter tolerance of ±0.0005 in., allowing the band to float freely on the PTFE-lined catheter shaft before final UV adhesive (365 nm cure) lock-in — eliminating axial load during placement and preserving liner integrity. Each band is positioned under a stereo microscope at ≥10× magnification by technicians with ISO 13485:2016-compliant assembly records, ensuring lot traceability from raw material COA through finished-goods inspection.
